Duncan Estate Wedding Packages include:

Use of the Duncan Estate for 10 consecutive hours on the wedding day

Three-tiered formal garden area and wrought iron gazebo for outdoor wedding ceremony (200-person seating capacity)

P.A. system and outdoor speakers in garden for ceremony amplification

Four acres for outdoor garden reception

30′x60′ permanent tent with brick floor, which is 1800 sq ft and will accommodate approximately:
- 200 guests in ceremony seating
- 180 guests “cocktail” style
- 120 guests “buffet” style (with room for the food tables under the tent)
- 150 guests fully seated at 60″ round banquet tables (no food tables under the tent)

Use of (100) white wood chairs with padded seats and (13) 60″ round banquet tables (additional tables and chairs available)

Speakers under the tent and on the dance floor for surround sound amplified musical entertainment (DJ and iPod compatable)

Parking attendants (on-site parking for 50 cars, off-site parking for 200 cars)

Bridal Suite dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids

Direction cards for inclusion with the invitations

Bottle of Duncan Estate sparkling wine for the bride & groom

One-hour rehearsal time (scheduled based upon availability)

Two-hour bridal portrait session allotment

One-hour on-site planning meeting, plus unlimited consultations and planning support via e-mail and phone

As each wedding is as unique as the bride & groom, we invite you to personalize the Duncan Estate to create the wedding of your dreams. Our open vendor policy allows you to create a truly customized event. The wedding packages do not include catering, musical entertainment, flowers, linens or decorations.

Prices

All rentals must include a $500 refundable Security Deposit, and a WedSafe Liability insurance policy

Saturday Weddings

$2,500 for up to 100 guests

Please add $10 for each additional guest (includes tables and chairs for additional guests)

Maximum capacity at the Duncan Estate is 200 guests

Additional wedding services available:

Wedding Director (provided by Events by Barnes) - starting at $300

Wedding Officiant (provided by Events by Barnes) – $100

Wedding Director and Officiant (provided by Events by Barnes) - starting at $375

Wedding Discounts

$300 discount for weddings which occur on any day of the week other than a Saturday

$300 discount for weddings with 50 guests or less

$300 discount for weddings which are booked less than 2 months from wedding date

$300 discount for winter weddings November thru February (winter weddings are limited to 60 guests)

Only one Wedding Discount may be used per event.
